Before you pay
For a chargeable electronic-payment service, TopMonie shows the total debit and provides the applicable fee for review before you authorise the transaction. You may decline the quote without completing it.
The displayed fee may combine a payment or service-provider cost, a statutory levy or tax and a TopMonie platform margin. The final amount on the confirmation screen controls for that quote.
Quotes and changes
- A quote is valid only for the period shown or until transaction details change.
- A provider or statutory charge may vary by amount, channel, service or regulation.
- We do not charge for a service you did not request.
- A confirmed incorrect or excess charge will be corrected and refunded as required.
- Your mobile network, bank or another party may impose a separate charge; known charges are disclosed where applicable.
