Is TopMonie a bank?
No. TopMonie is a technology platform operated by Profynix Technology. Regulated account, payment, transfer, and bill-payment services are delivered through financial and service partners.
Can the assistant move money on its own?
No. The assistant can understand and prepare a request. Financial actions are validated by backend services, presented for review, and require your explicit transfer PIN or supported biometric approval.
How do I receive money?
After completing required account verification, TopMonie shows your dedicated funding details. Settled incoming money updates your balance and follows your active Money Plan automatically.
What are TopCoins?
TopCoins are reward units earned from consistent money habits and activity. They are not cash or a second wallet. Eligible users can convert them under the policy shown in the app.
Why is the app in early access?
